We collect: your email address and name (when you sign up or log in via Google), chat messages and conversation history, photos you choose to upload in chat, payment information (processed securely by PayPal and Cashfree — we never store card details), and basic usage data such as message counts.
We use your information to: provide and personalise the AI companion service, maintain your conversation history, process payments, respond to support requests, and improve the platform. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties for marketing.
Your data is stored securely on trusted cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. Photos uploaded in chat are kept in secure cloud storage. We retain chat history as long as your account is active.
We rely on trusted third-party providers for cloud hosting, authentication, AI processing, and payments (including PayPal and Cashfree). Each provider maintains its own privacy policy governing the data it handles on our behalf, and we only share what is needed to run the service. We never sell your data.
We use browser localStorage to store your preferences (language, reply length) and age verification. We do not use tracking cookies.
You have the right to: access your personal data, request deletion of your account and data, update your profile information, and export your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@auramate.app
You can delete your account at any time using the option at the bottom of this page. Upon deletion, your messages, uploaded photos, and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
This platform is strictly for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we discover a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated and all data deleted.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
All AI-generated character images and scenes on AuraMate are entirely fictional and created by artificial intelligence. They do not depict, represent, or match any real person, living or deceased. Any resemblance to a real individual is purely coincidental. If you believe an AI-generated image resembles a real person without consent, you can report it to us at support@auramate.app and we will investigate and take appropriate action.
