AuraCompanion provides AI-powered companion chat experiences for entertainment purposes. All characters, scenarios, personalities, and conversations are entirely fictional. No real human beings are involved in the conversations. AI responses should not be taken as real advice, real relationships, or real interactions.
This platform contains adult-oriented content including but not limited to: romantic roleplay, suggestive conversations, and AI-generated images that may be explicit. This content is intended for mature audiences only. Users must not share content from this platform publicly without explicit consent.
You agree not to use the platform to generate content involving minors, to harass or harm others, to attempt to extract personal information, to reverse engineer the AI systems, to share account credentials, or to violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@auramate.app. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Characters and content you create on this platform remain yours. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and display it within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring any content you upload does not violate laws or rights of others.
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service. Chat messages are stored to maintain conversation history. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
